1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the applications, websites, or services provided by MJ App Studios LLC ("Company"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use our applications, including Keepsake: For Couples, in accordance with applicable state, federal, and international laws. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit application infrastructure or API endpoints.
3. Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in and to MJ App Studios LLC services, codebases, branding, logos ("MJ App Studios", "Keepsake"), and visual design elements are the exclusive property of MJ App Studios LLC.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
5. Governing Law & Entity Info
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
